Competition III

The goal of the project is to continue all aspects of the Bioinformatics Innovation Centre (BIC) while working with Genome Canada funded projects to provide services for four years in order to serve Genome Canada Project Competition III. As some of our developments overlap with efforts by the Bioinforrnatics Innovation Centre of Genome EspaAa, we are also collaborating with them where possible.

Applied Genomics and Proteomics Research in Human Health Competition

Support is provided by the Bioinformatics Innovation Centre Help Desk and COE (Sun Center of Excellence for Visual Genomics) to support LIMS and database development as well as secure data environments for patient data for two Genome Canada Applied Health competition projects
